BronzedGoldBoutique is not responsible for items once the status of the order shows delivered. Once your order has been delivered it is your responsibility to obtain the order in the event the shipment goes missing or is stolen. A claim can be filed with the delivery carrier; however, once the package shows a status of delivered it is now your responsibility to obtain the package. A tracking number will be provided to you once the package has been shipped to ensure you have concise details of the location of your order.
